You have 7 days from the date of service to report initial concerns. For workmanship issues that become apparent later, you have up to 30 days. We recommend inspecting work promptly and reporting any concerns as soon as you notice them.

Our resolution team acts as a neutral mediator. We'll review photos, communications, and both parties' accounts. If needed, we may arrange for an independent assessment. Our goal is always a fair resolution for everyone involved.

The guarantee covers up to the full value of your original service booking. For larger projects or additional coverage needs, we offer optional extended protection plans. Contact us for details on coverage for projects over $10,000.
